We follow the National Curriculum for English across our whole school and we teach and assess all areas of the English Curriculum through dedicated English lessons each day and through all other subjects within our curriculum. All areas of our curriculum have been planned by school staff to meet the needs of our children and to reflect our community locally, regionally and internationally. We follow the ELS Phonics programme and our own approaches to teaching and learning for reading and writing across school.
